Heartland Behavior seeks individuals to provide ABA services to children with autism in homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior as part of our clinical team.

No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with flexible hours, ideal for students, and opportunities for advancement in a growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a critical member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families, and collaborate with providers.
