Qualifications
- Ten years of progressive leadership experience in customer or member experience, digital transformation, operations, or related field.
- Eight years of staff management experience and proven enterprise transformation capability.
- Experience overseeing digital platforms and engagement ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Warrior Experience strategy aligned with mission and priorities.
- Lead a senior team to deliver a consistent, integrated warrior experience across channels.
- Partner with executive leadership on priorities, plans, and organizational strategies.
- Represent warrior voice in budgeting, transformation efforts, and change initiatives.
- Oversee digital experience strategy, self-service platforms, apps, and AI-enabled tools.
