Job summary

The Vice President of Veteran Services at Volunteers of America Northern Rockies leads the Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota veteran services programs, ensuring compliance, performance management, and effective service delivery.

In this executive role you will drive strategic planning, foster community partnerships, oversee budgets, and guide staff through development and continuous improvement initiatives while representing VOA in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• Five years of experience in management and working with veterans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of veteran programs across Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota.
• Ensure contract compliance, start-up, and delivery of contracted services.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for directors of veteran programs.
