Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks a Vice President of Veteran Services to lead the Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota Veteran Service programs, ensuring policy compliance, staffing performance, and strategic growth. This executive role reports to the CEO and collaborates with development and operations teams.

The VP will set program goals, monitor KPIs, manage contracts and grants, and build strong relationships with community partners while upholding VOA’s servant leadership culture

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field
• Five years of experience in management and working with veterans

Responsabilidades

• Lead the leadership and operations of VOA Northern Rockies' Veteran Service programs across WY, MT, and SD
• Ensure program compliance with policies and procedures, staffing and performance management
• Develop and monitor KPIs and provide reporting to executive leadership
• Oversee contracts, grants, and financial forecasting for veteran services
• Represent the organization in communities and build external partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement and capacity-building across programs
