Qualifications

• MD degree with completion of an Ob.Gyn residency and URPS fellowship.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery; URPS board eligibility or certification.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership of urogynecology services and pelvic floor disorders care.
• Education and training of residents, fellows, and students; oversee training programs.
• Lead research, develop initiatives, secure funding, and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Expand and strengthen clinical, educational, and research programs; align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with departmental and institutional leaders to allocate resources and foster teamwork.
