Qualifications

• Extensive experience in trust, estate, or private wealth services with leadership capability.
• Ability to lead through influence across functions and build external partnerships.
• Deep fiduciary knowledge with strong commercial judgment and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and multi-year vision for Trust Services, including offerings and partnerships.
• Own revenue and budget, reporting performance to senior management.
• Oversee trust partner selection, contracts, and ongoing management.
• Design trust solutions for client cases and communicate value to clients and advisors.
• Drive growth via advisor training, playbooks, and enablement initiatives.
• Establish workflows and processes for trust intake, transitions, and case management.
• Provide guidance on complex trust cases and capacity planning.
