Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Chief Investment Officer for the Trust Company to translate strategy into scalable portfolio and product delivery plans. You will lead fiduciary investment governance, oversee asset allocation, and ensure decisions align with governing documents and client objectives.

We seek a leader with 10+ years in institutional investment or fiduciary roles, strong governance experience, and CFA designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in institutional investment management, wealth management, or fiduciary leadership.
• CFA designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate the Trust Company’s investment philosophy and strategy into scalable plans.
• Oversee investment governance, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and performance oversight.
• Ensure decisions reflect governing documents, fiduciary standards, client objectives, and risk parameters.
• Drive resolution of investment performance, concentration, and governance issues.
• Sponsor enhancements to investment policies, materials, and governance documentation.
