Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Wealth Management, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related discipline) preferred.
• Professional trust, fiduciary, wealth management, or financial services designation preferred (CTFA, CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead Trust Company client segment strategy, planning, and execution across Core, High Net Worth, and emerging segments.
• Oversee governance routines for trust product lifecycle, administration standards, and client service models.
• Drive cross-functional execution with risk, legal, compliance, operations, and investment teams to deliver segment priorities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, operating efficiency, and segment growth.
• Leverage market insights and performance reporting to inform strategic decisions and future segment development.
• Ensure governance and reporting provide visibility into fiduciary quality and business results.
