Job summary

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) seeks a Principal Treasury Officer, Head of Treasury Strategic Planning and Middle Office to lead balance sheet management, ALM, and treasury risk oversight within the Office of the Treasurer.

This role directs forecasting, long-term planning, hedging strategy, and liaises with ALCO, CFO, rating agencies, and external counterparties to ensure financial sustainability and strategic integration across treasury.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of treasury/ALM experience in international finance.
• Master's degree required; professional certifications preferred.
• Proven senior leadership, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives pricing and collateral management.

Responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet strategy within ALM policy framework.
• Direct long-term cash flow forecasting and stress testing.
• Own and maintain LTFP model and capital allocation planning.
• Represent AIIB with rating agencies and external counterparties.
