Global Trading Systems seeks a strategic Treasurer to lead the firm's Treasury and Financing function, driving strategy, execution, and day-to-day management. The role requires deep broker-dealer financing expertise and strong relationships with prime brokers, banks, and clearing firms.

The Treasurer will modernize the function with technology, analytics, and AI, while delivering scalable liquidity solutions and robust capital management across sophisticated trading activities in New York.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in Treasury, prime brokerage, financing, or related markets.
• Deep broker-dealer financing expertise including liquidity, collateral, and risk.
• Strong knowledge of prime brokerage, clearing, secured financing, and funding structures.
• Experience developing and negotiating with senior relationships across prime brokers, banks, clearing firms, and financing counterparties.
• Ability to develop and execute financing strategies to optimize the firm’s balance sheet.
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level in a major bank/prime brokerage and a trading firm or hedge fund.

Responsabilités

• Lead and own the firmwide Treasury and financing function, setting strategy and priorities.
• Develop and optimize financing strategies across broker-dealer and trading businesses.
• Manage relationships with prime brokers, banks, and other counterparties; negotiate terms and credit arrangements.
• Optimize liquidity, funding, capital, and balance-sheet utilization; manage risk.
• Oversee liquidity forecasting, stress testing, and management reporting.
• Define and execute technology and data strategy for Treasury, increasing automation and real-time visibility.
• Provide senior management with clear reporting on liquidity, financing, and treasury metrics.
• Build a high-performing Treasury team with finance, tech, and quantitative skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics
