Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible treasury, banking, finance, or capital markets leadership experience.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital structure, debt program, and liquidity management for the University.
• Lead Workday Financials initiatives, integrations, upgrades, and process redesign.
• Drive digital finance transformation using AI, analytics, automation, and data tools.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Procurement and Operations to modernize treasury processes and improve reporting.
