Toll Brothers in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Chief Title Officer to lead the company’s title insurance operations nationwide, directing underwriting, risk evaluation, and policy issuance while guiding staff and coordinating with underwriters, attorneys, and clients.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, participate in strategic expansions, and maintain licensing. This is a senior leadership role within a Fortune 500 builder known for luxury homes.

Responsibilities

• Read, examine, and determine insurability of title to issue preliminaries and policies.
• Main Toll Brothers title contact for complex transactions, attorneys and underwriters.
• Manage and educate title staff to issue title insurance and develop title policies.
• Maintain licenses and complete continuing education to stay compliant.
• Maintain title standards and quality control across operations.
• Provide oversight on title-related compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Support expansion, licensing, and regulatory obligations as needed.
