You will lead cross-functional teams, define target-state architectures, and govern architecture standards to balance risk, security, and business value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required as listed.
• 15+ years of progressive experience leading digital products, enterprise solutions, technology platforms, or modernization initiatives.
• Proven ability to make and own high-impact technology decisions with enterprise-wide implications.
• Experience leading solution design, technology strategy, platform modernization, product architecture, or UX initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop and execute modernization strategies while maintaining operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business areas, products, or tech domains.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with ability to build alignment without direct authority.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Track record of delivering innovative solutions, driving adoption, and meaningful business results.
