Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a senior security architect to drive the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise and cloud security. You will lead a team of security professionals and partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

The role requires 8+ years in information security with cloud expertise; Azure experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or security architecture.
• 2+ years leadership in security architecture, cloud security, or cybers security teams.
• Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and priorities.
• Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive outcomes.
• Cloud experience required; Microsoft Azure preferred.
