Job summary

JMK Holdings seeks a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to assess our technology ecosystem, implement strategic solutions, and drive digital transformation across manufacturing, restaurant, and other ventures.

The role is based at the Weatherford, Texas facility, focusing on network management, cloud infrastructure, and comprehensive technical support across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in modern network tech (SD-WAN, cloud networking, security).
• Hands-on support across diverse software environments, esp. manufacturing systems.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication translating tech to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize IT infrastructure including cloud services and security.
• Oversee unified communications across global locations with focus on reliability.
• Manage systems administration and urgent IT issues with urgency and expertise.
• Research and adopt emerging tech to boost efficiency and competitiveness.
• Serve as SME for hardware lifecycle, tools deployment, and end-user support.
• Evaluate providers for network infra, UC, and related tech.
• Cultivate vendor relationships and manage escalation during outages.
• Support and optimize ERP for accounting, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop automation via scripting, APIs, and integration tools.
• Provide responsive technical support to ensure reliability.
• Manage EDI integration with ERP systems.
