We are now seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technical team, deeply integrate AI capabilities into our SaaS products, and help build an industry-defining platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully own the company’s technology strategy and execution; define the technical roadmap for AI and SaaS products to ensure strong alignment between technology direction and business objectives.
• Lead and build a high-performing technical organization covering AI algorithms, engineering, architecture, data, and related domains; continuously improve team capability and delivery efficiency.
• Drive the design, optimization, and large-scale implementation of core AI capabilities (large language model applications, machine learning, recommendation systems, intelligent decision-making, etc.) together with the overall SaaS platform architecture.
• Architect highly available, high-concurrency, and scalable systems to ensure product stability and performance under rapid growth.
• Promote technical innovation and engineering excellence; balance rapid iteration with technical debt management; establish robust technical standards, R&D processes, and quality systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible product features and commercial value.
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends; evaluate and introduce appropriate new technologies and tools to maintain the company’s technical leadership.
• Participate in key technical decision-making, budget management, and technical due diligence support for external partnerships and fundraising.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of software/internet R&D experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading teams from 0 to 1 or from 1 to N.
• Deep understanding of SaaS product architecture (multi-tenancy, permission systems, billing, data isolation, high availability, etc.) and hands‑on experience designing and scaling large SaaS systems.
• Solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in AI technologies; familiarity with at least 2–3 of the following areas: machine learning, deep learning, and large language model applications (LLM, RAG, Agent, etc.), with the ability to drive engineering implementation.
• Strong system architecture skills; proficient in cloud-native, microservices, distributed systems, data platforms, and related technology stacks.
• Successful experience managing technical teams; skilled at recruiting, developing, and motivating talent; capable of building a high-performance engineering culture.
• Strong business acumen and cross‑functional collaboration skills; able to translate technical language into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Complete 0-to-1 experience building an AI-native SaaS product.
• Led SaaS systems serving millions to tens of millions of users.
• Hands‑on experience deploying large language model applications (e.g., intelligent customer service, content generation, decision assistants).
• Previous technical leadership roles at well‑known AI companies, SaaS companies, or technology‑driven startups.
• Technical patents, open‑source contributions, or industry technical influence.
