Title: CTO

Location: Tampa, FL (Preferred) / Remote

Our client is a Seed‑Found startup in Tampa, Florida. This is an incubation product spinning out of a Commercial Real Estate company. They're looking for their Founding Engineer and Chief Technology Officer to join their team.

The ideal person is excited about Geospatial Services and Cross‑Platform Mobile Applications. This role will be building a core service for the existing needs of the Commercial Real Estate company to dog‑food their own service and then externalize it to other Commercial Real Estate companies. Key responsibilities
