Oracle seeks a leader to head OCI Data Core and Storage, guiding Business Operations and Delivery Operations to align priorities with engineering execution. You will influence financial planning, capacity, and program delivery while driving improvements in service economics and customer adoption.

The role entails building scalable organizations, defining strategic programs, and delivering measurable outcomes across an enterprise-scale data platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical programs or engineering operations within a large engineering organization, including managing leaders and building teams.
• Strong technical depth in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, storage or data platforms, with the judgment to balance architecture, reliability, performance and cost.
• Track record delivering complex programs across organizational boundaries with unclear initial ownership or path forward.
• Experience building operating mechanisms that improve decisions and execution with measurable results.
• Strong financial and analytical judgment, including budgets, resource planning, forecasting and business performance.
• Ability to secure commitments and influence senior engineering, product and business leaders.
• Clear written and verbal communication, turning complex information into decisions and actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead leaders and build the organization for Business Operations and Delivery Operations.
• Set direction for strategic technical programs such as Cost of Cloud, revenue growth and Autonomous Cloud.
• Own the Rhythm of Business with planning cycles, reviews and executive reporting across Data Core and Storage.
• Connect financial performance with engineering decisions, improving service economics through investments and changes.
• Strengthen delivery and engineering quality by overseeing release readiness, dependency management and operational readiness.
• Improve capacity and resource planning by aligning demand forecasts, commitments and utilization.
• Build a disciplined intake and incubation process with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize and staff initiatives.
• Coordinate execution across services, resolving dependencies and ensuring risk decisions reach the right owners.
• Guide workforce planning and organizational change in collaboration with Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Provide clear executive communication, surfacing risks and driving decisions to closure.
