Job summary

Noisy Creek is seeking a Head of Technical Product to unify our CMS, publishing, and membership platforms into a scalable, multi-market product strategy. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution across readers, subscribers, and partners, writing clear specs and driving buy-in from executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management with end-to-end roadmap ownership.
• Experience with CMS/publishing platforms, subscription/membership systems, CRM, or ad tech.
• Proven vendor and platform relationship management including contracts.
• Strong written communication for specs, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to scope and ship products.
• Data-driven approach showing outcomes to guide decisions.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a lean, fast-moving org.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year technical product vision and roadmap across the stack.
• Lead strategy and optimization of core platform components across markets.
• Own identity architecture for readers and members for personalization and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale membership and prevent fraud.
• Evaluate and manage ticketing platform relationships while protecting data ownership.
• Write clear specs, business cases, and roadmaps aligning stakeholders.
