Noisy Creek is seeking a Technical UX Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience and visual design across its web, email, and forthcoming mobile experiences. You will set design vision, craft a cohesive design language, and work hands-on when needed to prototype and refine interfaces while guiding a small, multi-brand design function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/product design experience with consumer-facing product at scale.
• Strong portfolio across web, email/marketing design, and mobile app prototyping.
• Experience building or evolving a multi-brand design system.
• Experience partnering with engineers to translate designs into shipped products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to leadership.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a lean, fast-moving org.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the UX and visual design vision for Noisy Creek's digital properties across brands.
• Own end-to-end design for websites, emails, and future mobile concepts from concept to shipped product.
• Design and maintain the email templates and marketing communications system for consistency and deliverability.
• Lead early-stage design exploration for future mobile app initiatives with prototyping and testing.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for multiple brands.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into shipped product within technical constraints.
• Align design priorities with business goals including reader growth and ad performance.
• Conduct or commission user research to validate decisions and uphold accessibility and brand standards.
• Provide design support to ongoing product efforts from day one and mentor the design team.
