Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with 8–15+ years in individual/high-net-worth tax.
• Experience building a tax practice or service line.
• Comfort using AI in tax workflows and advising on tech-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Build Arca's tax practice from zero, including document gathering and return preparation.
• Design an end-to-end AI-native tax process with defined workflows.
• Prepare, review, and own returns for high-complexity clients (stock options, RSUs, multi-state).
• Partner with wealth advisors to integrate tax and investment planning into one cohesive plan.
