Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA, EA, or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 3+ years of partnership tax experience.
• Experience in public accounting or services partnership.
• Experience with high-net-worth tax issues preferred.
• Strong Excel data handling and tax research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tax planning and research on firm initiatives and international taxation matters.
• Document tax positions and help develop a formal tax manual of policies.
• Own the tax compliance calendar including monthly gross receipts and state taxes.
• Prepare workpapers and data to support US and international tax compliance.
• Represent the firm with tax authorities on audits and information requests.
• Advise partners and their tax preparers on a range of tax questions.
• Use artificial intelligence (AI) to make tax work more efficient.
