Job summary

Apex is seeking a Head of Talent in Los Angeles to own recruitment end-to-end, shaping strategy, the team, systems, and long-term pipelines for the next decade. You’ll lead a ~10-person recruiting team, drive executive searches, and partner with executives to align talent with business growth.

You’ll build durable relationships with universities, industry groups, and conferences, implement structured interviewing, and create a data-driven hiring engine that moves fast without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruiting and talent acquisition with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in executive search and strategy development.
• Strong experience with data-driven recruiting and analytics.
