Vantor Inc. is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute a global TA strategy during a period of growth. Reporting to the CHRO, this leader will elevate TA into a strategic, data‑driven function that attracts, engages, and hires top talent.

Based in Westminster, CO with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite weekly), the role partners with the ELT and HR leadership to align workforce strategy with business priorities and drive measurable hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, with a track record of building high‑performing recruiting teams.
• A player‑coach who coaches others, drives accountability, and elevates team performance.
• Executive partnerships with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities using data and market insights.
• Specialized recruitment across technical, engineering, cleared, and other hard‑to‑find skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employer Branding and Talent Marketing with data-driven insights.
• Own Talent Acquisition Operations by integrating recruitment technology, workflows, and new‑hire processes.
• Ensure compliance knowledge across OFCCP, AAP, and related regulations to mitigate risk.
• Personally lead executive and strategic searches and manage third‑party agencies for efficiency and candidate experience.
