Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the TA strategy for faculty and staff, including clinical adjunct faculty recruitment. You will drive KPIs, partner with campus leadership, and oversee TA operations and vendor management.

Travel is required for campus visits, recruiting events, and professional networking. Ideal candidates bring extensive TA leadership experience in HE/healthcare and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• 10-15 years of general talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting trends, technology, and best practices.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, manage KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function, including budget ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic TA plans in collaboration with Human Resources leadership.
• Oversee TA department KPIs, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote employer brand and EVP.
• Own clinical adjunct faculty recruitment and workforce planning by term and campus.
• Lead TA department structure, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manage vendor contracts, ATS, and recruiting technology.
