Job summary

Busch Group USA seeks a Head of Purchasing & Supply Chain in Virginia Beach to provide strategic leadership for its U.S. purchasing and supply chain organization.

Reporting to the President, this executive role oversees sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management to support growth and cost competitiveness. The position requires 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing contexts, with ERP proficiency and strong negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience leading senior managers or directors.
• Strong knowledge of supplier negotiations, procurement, planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP-enabled purchasing and supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the long-term purchasing and supply chain strategy for Busch Group USA.
• Lead sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory strategy, logistics, and supply chain risk management.
• Advise the President and senior leadership on opportunities, risks, and strategic trade-offs.
• Translate business strategy into a clear supply chain roadmap with priorities and measurable results.
• Drive cost competitiveness, continuity, and supply chain resilience.
