Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Procurement.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to lead large-scale procurement functions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen including budgeting and risk analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, supplier management software, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise procurement strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Provide executive oversight for procurement operations across business units.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity.
• Lead enterprise-level contract strategy and high-value negotiations.
• Identify cost reductions and value creation initiatives across the supply chain.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and other stakeholders on procurement decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics, technology adoption, and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Provide executive updates on procurement performance and strategic opportunities.
