Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM/CE/SE or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in structural steel industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the construction division and align goals with company objectives.
• Lead project management teams and oversee field operations for successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, quality control, and performance.
• Build relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Oversee integration between detailing, fabrication, and erection teams for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Technical Innovation Lead and Fabrication Ops Manager on BIM and field sequencing.
• Own and optimize Model-to-Field delivery process.
• Monitor KPIs for schedule, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
