Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a VP, Head of Storage Technology to lead engineering, product management and operations for enterprise storage across on-premises, private cloud and hybrid interfaces.

You will architecture and govern our storage roadmap, balancing performance, cost and compliance while ensuring data mobility and high availability. You will lead a 50+ global team, drive storage policy, automation and security across the enterprise, and partner with technology business teams

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years’ IT experience across technologies
• 5-10 years in server/storage infrastructure
• Expertise in Object/Block/File storage protocols and backups

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for on‑premises and cloud storage integration
• Oversee storage engineering, operations and backup/recovery products
• Implement automated tiering and cost-optimization
• Architect low‑latency block storage and scalable file systems
• Ensure data protection, encryption and regulatory compliance across hybrids
• MBA/leadership interactions with tech business partners and stakeholders
