Job summary

Ethos is seeking chief speechwriters with 4+ years writing keynotes and building executive decks to train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across keynote decks, conference talks, CEO narratives and earnings-call support.

This is a fully remote, flexible role offering 5-20 hours weekly (more if desired) at $70 per hour, start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Train language model on professional presentations and slide decks across core workflows: keynote decks, conference presentations, CEO narrative development, speech-to-slide alignment, earnings call supporting materials, and thought leadership presentations
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for high-impact audiences
