Job summary

CACI is seeking a Chief Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale technology solutions for the Department of Homeland Security. Qualifications

• Ability to Obtain DHS EOD Public Trust Clearance
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, solution architecture, or systems engineering
• 10+ years in enterprise IT, solution architecture, or systems engineering
• Experience supporting capture efforts and transitioning to on-program technology transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to design and lead large-scale, multi-domain IT solutions from concept through execution
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for executives, capture teams, and government stakeholders
• Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, app/sys architecture, cybersecurity and Zero Trust, data analytics, IT service management

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise authority for solution architecture across multiple DHS capture efforts
• Lead end-to-end technical solutions spanning infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity, data, and ITSM
• Support capture efforts by developing initial solution concepts, strategies, architectures, and roadmaps
• Ensure continuity between capture solutions and post-award execution
• Balance innovation, risk, cost, schedule, and feasibility with stakeholders
• Engage DHS stakeholders to understand mission needs and articulate solution value
• Evaluate emerging technologies and align with enterprise strategy and DHS priorities
• Guide technical decisions and mitigate technical risk on programs
