Mantari Industries, Inc. is seeking a Head of Software to own the architecture of its full-stack weather intelligence platform. You will lead buildout of ingestion, model training, inference, and API delivery, while ensuring scale, resilience, latency, and security.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 8+ years in software architecture and systems engineering.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale, cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud providers, Kubernetes, data streaming, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end platform for sensing, data assimilation, forecasting and analytics.
• Lead design of cloud-native, high-availability systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own cloud infrastructure across multi-region deployments and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with ML and atmospheric science teams to align software with model needs.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale the software engineering team.
