  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple program teams.
  • Complete steps in the TIP process to close out M-OTP requirements and sell off analysis results to customer.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 8+ years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
  • Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
  • Experience performing in-depth pulse level offline ELINT analysis utilizing the CBET tool suite.
  • Experience performing the tasks involved during a TIP.
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to include the use of Kibana or Tableau.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages, including UNIX/Linux environments, MATLAB, Perl, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
