Job summary

Gusto is building a leading risk and money services organization to oversee fraud, payment risk decisioning, Reg E dispute operations, and consumer money products. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Product to scale a regulated money-movement platform while maintaining operational excellence.

• 12+ years in financial services operations leadership.
• Deep expertise in Reg E, BSA/AML, and payments risk.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary risk and money services teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Risk & Money Services end to end, including fraud, risk decisioning, and regulatory posture.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary regulated financial services organization through leaders who own end-to-end outcomes.
• Stand up Risk & Money Services as a defined operational function with governance, SLAs, and reporting.
