Job summary

Intrepid Direct Insurance (IDI) is seeking a Chief Customer and Revenue Officer (CCRO) to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market execution across Agency, Sales, and Marketing. The CCRO will lead through functional leaders, align with underwriting and product teams, and build a durable growth engine aligned with underwriting appetite and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success owning a broad revenue agenda across multiple customer-facing functions.
• Experience leading through experienced functional managers and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise revenue strategy and results across Agency, Sales, and Marketing, including new business production, customer retention, revenue quality, and profitable growth.
• Define and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy for targeted brands, verticals, geographies, and strategic partnerships.
• Align growth objectives with risk appetite, pricing discipline, portfolio performance, and acquisition ROI with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead segmentation, targeting, pipeline, retention, and account-development strategies for a high-quality book of business.
• Build trusted executive relationships with franchise systems, large operators, and strategic partners; travel ~20% for top opportunities.
• Sponsor scalable processes and talent development to support revenue growth while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead a high-performing team across Agency, Sales, and Marketing to execute the revenue agenda.
