Job summary

Intrepid Direct Insurance (IDI) seeks a Chief Customer and Revenue Officer (CCRO). This senior executive will own revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, and market execution across Agency, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, risk management, insurance, or a related field is required.
Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to own a broad revenue agenda and deliver growth across multiple customer-facing functions.

Responsibilities

Own revenue strategy and results across Agency, Sales, and Marketing.
Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for franchises, verticals, geographies, and strategic partnerships.
Lead cross-functional teams with underwriting, product, finance to align growth with risk and portfolio performance.
Develop executive relationships, visit large customers, negotiate, and close strategic accounts.
Lead the Agency, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver superior customer experience and retention.
Travel approximately 20% to support strategic customer and partner opportunities.
