Job summary

Aflalo is a modern luxury brand built on elegance and bold femininity. We are seeking a Head of Revenue to own the full commercial engine across ecommerce, retail, VIC, and wholesale, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

You will hire and lead a small team and be the single owner of commercial performance for the brand in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Based in New York or Miami, you will drive growth, oversee a flagship store opening, and shape the strategy for clienteling and wholesale

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury fashion ecommerce and retail.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to build and scale new programs (VIC, CRM, loyalty).

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce growth strategy and revenue performance.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and site optimization.
• Oversee CRM, loyalty and customer experience programs.
• Manage Soho flagship and retail operations.
• Drive VIC program from concept to execution.
• Direct wholesale relationships and expansion plans.
