Job summary

Mongoose is seeking a VP of Revenue to own end-to-end revenue, including new business, client success, and account management. Build a simple selling system, coach early-career reps, and move the company up-market with sharper market focus and AI-driven efficiency.

You will lead a revenue organization from the front lines to strategy, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with Product and Marketing on go-to-market. Remote in the US.

Qualifications

• You’ve run a full revenue org - new business and retention both - and carried a number yourself.
• When a number gets missed, you go straight to the funnel math - pipeline, conversion, time-in-stage.
• You’ve built a selling system that works - whether you stood it up from scratch or overhauled a broken one inside an established org.

Responsibilities

• Own all of revenue: new business, client success, and account management.
• Build a simple, repeatable selling system with clear stages and playbooks.
• Grow the people who sell it through ramp, enablement, and coaching cadence.
• Move us up-market by focusing on higher-value accounts and larger deals.
• Run revenue like an AI company, leveraging AI to reinvent workflows.
