Job summary

QNT/L seeks a Principal Research Scientist to own empirical integrity of its research system. You will design and strengthen quantitative methodologies, test hypotheses, and ensure that published claims withstand scrutiny from executives, investors, and sophisticated institutional buyers.

The role emphasizes building datasets, validating frameworks, and translating complex findings into clear business conclusions while maintaining high standards of reproducible research.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in applied research or related discipline.
• Experience designing and executing original empirical research.
• Strong command of statistical inference and research design.

Responsibilities

• Design rigorous quantitative and mixed-method research programs around B2B systems, performance, revenue operations, buyer behavior, and AI.
• Develop research methodologies, sampling, surveys, longitudinal studies, benchmarks, analyses, and validation protocols.
• Review frameworks for methodological soundness and ensure evidence supports conclusions.
• Own or influence research standards, claims validation, citation discipline, and reproducibility.
• Translate empirical work into clear conclusions for CEOs, boards, and investors.
• Contribute to major research publications and methodology papers.
• Identify and define questions worthy of formal research programs.
