Job Description:

We are seeking an independent and self-motivated Senior Quantitative Research Associate with 3-10 years of marketing research experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Research to scope, execute, and manage various research projects while ensuring that data integrity is maintained throughout. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of the research process—from developing sample plans and managing fieldwork to analyzing data and building insight reports to reveal valuable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Research to scope and plan research projects that align with business objectives.
  • Independently manage the execution of research projects, ensuring all tasks run smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and manage sample plans, ensuring proper segmentation and coverage across target groups.
  • Oversee fieldwork, ensuring data collection is conducted efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain data integrity throughout the research process, including proofreading and refining reports and presentations for clarity and professionalism.
  • Actively participate in building out analysis plans, applying statistical methods and quantitative techniques to uncover insights.
  • Analyze and interpret data and develop insight reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring proper cleaning and preparation of data for analysis.
  • Demonstrate a passion for quantitative research and big data analysis, using advanced techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with client needs.
Qualifications:
  • 3-10 years of marketing research experience or related experience, with a strong understanding of quantitative data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, Economics, Communications, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python) is preferred.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative, intellectually curious, and willing to learn new technologies and techniques.
