Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Chief Release Engineer to lead release orchestration for mobile (iOS/Android) and backend services. You will connect Product and Engineering to drive CI/CD-led build, test, and deployment workflows with clear stakeholder communication.

You will own end-to-end release execution, manage feature flags, and ensure proper versioning, tagging, and branching. Collaboration with global teams and incident support are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mobile release lifecycles across iOS and Android.
• Hands-on CI/CD release automation experience.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, and CI tools (GitHub Actions/CircleCI).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with feature flag management in production.
