Job summary

City Gospel Mission seeks a VP of Recovery Residential Support Services to lead program design, operations and compliance for recovery housing in Cincinnati. The role drives growth, quality improvement and community engagement, ensuring services align with the mission and biblical guidance.

The position requires advanced leadership in behavioral health, strong budgeting, and the ability to collaborate with churches, funders and volunteers to support residents’ path to recovery and wholeness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading in behavioral health or recovery settings is desired.
• Licenses (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) are highly preferred; addiction certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization’s Christian mission and values.
• Oversee design, delivery and evaluation of recovery programming including case management, relapse prevention and life-skills training.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; partner with HR on hiring and professional development.
