Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, quality improvement, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, performance improvement, clinical operations, or risk management.
• Experience leading quality initiatives and driving organizational performance in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of quality, patient safety, performance improvement, and value-based care programs.
• Partner with leadership to identify priorities and measurable goals aligned to strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboards to track performance and support decisions.
