Job summary

Georgia Wellness Group seeks a strategic Chief Program Officer to lead the Motherhood and Fatherhood programs, guiding development, implementation, and evaluation aligned with the organization’s mission. You will shape program strategy, establish accountability, and build scalable models to support families.

Partnering with the CEO/COO and leadership team, you will translate vision into sustainable programs, advance outcomes, and expand services while ensuring financial stewardship and mission

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant leadership experience overseeing programs and teams.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of Motherhood and Fatherhood programs.
• Set goals, eligibility criteria, and measures of success for each program.
• Develop scalable program models and systems for growth.
• Collaborate with clinical, development, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Lead program directors, managers, and staff with coaching and accountability.
• Monitor participation, outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
