Job summary

Georgia Wellness Group, Inc. is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to lead clinical services, including Women’s Health and Pediatrics, ensuring patient-centered, compliant operations across all programs.

This executive will drive strategy, quality, workforce development, and program growth in collaboration with the Medical Director and CEO. The CCO will oversee operations, provider support, accreditation readiness, and performance metrics while fostering a culture of collaboration and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration or related field.
• Administrative leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and healthcare analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of all clinical service lines, incl. Women's Health and Pediatrics.
• Oversee provider scheduling, onboarding, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CMS, and AAAHC standards.
• Drive quality improvement, patient access, and patient safety initiatives.
• Partner with Medical Director to align clinical priorities with operations.
• Develop and implement clinical workflows and staffing models to improve efficiency.
