Job summary

Center for Human Services is seeking a Chief Program Officer to support the CEO in managing day-to-day program operations and shaping growth across CHS services. The role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and effective collaboration with the executive team.

As a key member of the organization, you will guide program quality, coordinate with the Board, manage fiscal health, and expand CHS reach while ensuring compliance with policy and mission-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Ten years of related work experience with prior senior leadership/supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead program operations and work with executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and drive growth opportunities across CHS services.
• Advise CEO and Executive Team on strategic plan implementation.
• Maintain strong communication with the CEO, Board, and leadership teams.
• Provide fiscal oversight to support organizational sustainability.
• Liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders.
