• Strong written and verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Proven leadership with ability to mentor and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and strategic planning under the CEO.
• Provide guidance on implementing the strategic plan and budget oversight.
• Coordinate with Board and Executive Team on governance and growth.
• Oversee program expansion efforts and external partnerships.
