Job summary

Texas Capital seeks a Head of Product, Consumer & Private Banking to lead retail, digital, and private banking product portfolios. You will identify market opportunities, set a clear product vision, and align with enterprise objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will own roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, partner with technology and operations, and build scalable, user-centric solutions grounded in data and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial services product strategy or product management experience.
• Proven success leading product teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Experience at fintech companies or fintech initiatives within traditional banks.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term vision for Consumer and Private Banking product lines.
• Identify customer segments and tailor offerings to meet needs.
• Own pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new products.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, operations, risk, and tech for launches.
• Monitor product performance and drive ROI with data-driven decisions.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and robust risk controls.
