We are on a mission to transform diagnostic workflows and improve patient outcomes. As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Product Officer to drive our product strategy, roadmap, and execution in alignment with our vision.

Role Overview:

As SVP Product, you will own the product strategy and lifecycle for our cutting-edge SaaS/SaMD medical imaging solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams to bring innovative, FDA-compliant products to market. The ideal candidate has deep experience in medical imaging, SaaS or SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), FDA regulatory pathways, and startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered medical imaging platform.
• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, HIPAA, MDR, ISO 13485) while driving innovation.
• Partner with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to bring products from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with customers, radiologists, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to prioritize product features.
• Own go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• Drive data-driven decision-making, utilizing customer insights and market trends.
• Scale product operations and infrastructure to support growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in medical imaging, healthcare AI, or digital health.
• Experience leading SaaS or SaMD products with FDA regulatory expertise.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML in healthcare, radiology workflows, and PACS/RIS.
• Successful track record in a Series A/B startup environment.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability (FHIR, DICOM, HL7, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
