Job summary

BRPH, headquartered in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Vice President of Preconstruction to provide executive leadership for BRPH's integrated project development and preconstruction across markets. You will convert opportunities into executable, risk-informed projects by integrating architecture, engineering, estimating, planning, procurement, constructability, and strategy from the earliest stages.

You will report to the President of Construction Services and guide the enterprise preconstruction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive construction preconstruction or related experience, with 7+ years leading teams.
• Experience with aerospace, federal, government-contractor, manufacturing, or other complex markets preferred.
• Professional certifications such as DBIA, CPE, CCP, LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive strategy for preconstruction and integrated project development.
• Oversee enterprise preconstruction organization across markets.
• Engage clients early to translate priorities into a coordinated plan.
• Manage design-to-budget and risk allocation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with policies.
